What this is (and isn't)

TixsTracker is not a ticket broker, resale platform, or agent of any ticketing service. We surface prices from publicly-accessible listings and link back to the platform where tickets are actually sold. We are not affiliated with Gametime, Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, StubHub, or any other ticketing company.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older to use TixsTracker.
• You're responsible for the email address you sign in with and for anything done under that account.
• Accounts are invite-only. Sharing access with friends is fine; bulk or commercial redistribution of access is not.

Alerts are best-effort

Ticket prices change constantly. We poll at regular intervals and do our best to deliver timely alerts, but:

• Alerts may be delayed, miss a drop, or fire on stale data.
• Prices shown may be out of date by the time you click through.
• Listings may sell out before you can buy.
• We cannot guarantee delivery of any email or SMS.

Verify the final price on the ticketing platform before you purchase. TixsTracker is a heads-up, not a purchase commitment.

SMS alerts

TixsTracker offers an optional SMS alert program that texts you when a ticket price you are tracking drops. Enrollment is entirely optional — consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing anything or of using TixsTracker, and every feature remains available over email alone.

• Program: TixsTracker ticket price-drop alerts.
• How to join: enter your mobile number and tick the consent box in your settings or on our SMS alerts page. We text you a confirmation message once you are subscribed.
• Message frequency: varies — messages are triggered by price drops on the events you track, so the volume depends on how many events you follow and how their prices move.
• Cost: we charge nothing for SMS alerts, but message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
• Opting out: reply STOP to any message, or turn SMS alerts off in your settings. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts.
• Help: reply HELP to any message, or email support@tixstracker.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number and consent record.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• Scrape or automate requests against our site or API.
• Attempt to sign in as someone else or bypass access controls.
• Use the service to harass, spam, or harm anyone.
• Resell access to TixsTracker or the data it surfaces.

We may suspend or delete any account that violates these terms without notice.

Third-party services

Ticketing platforms have their own terms. When you click through to buy, those terms apply to the purchase — not ours. We are not responsible for purchases, refunds, disputes, or ticket authenticity.

Trademarks

Gametime, StubHub, SeatGeek, Ticketmaster, and all other product names, logos, and brands referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners. Any use of these names is for identification purposes only and does not imply affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from them.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We make no representations about accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, TixsTracker's liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be sent to the email on file and reflected in the “Effective” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
