Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Email address — used to sign you in (via emailed magic links) and to send price-drop alerts. Provided by you at sign-up.
• Phone number (if you opt in) — stored only if you explicitly enable SMS alerts. See the SMS section below.
• Tracked event data — the ticket URLs, event names, target prices, and notification preferences you submit.
• Usage data — timestamps, error logs, and poll results generated as the service runs.
• Session cookie — a single HTTP-only cookie issued by Supabase to keep you signed in.

We do not collect payment information, home addresses, precise location, or browsing history outside the site.

How we use it

• To run the service: poll public ticket listings and send alerts.
• To notify you by email (or SMS if you've opted in) when a tracked event drops below your threshold.
• To debug issues and improve reliability.

We do not sell data, run ads, or share data with third-party marketers.

Service providers

To run the site we use:

• Supabase — Postgres database and authentication.
• Vercel — hosting and scheduled jobs (cron).
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Twilio — SMS delivery, if you opt in to SMS alerts.

Each provider receives only the data it needs to do its job (your email address goes to Resend so it can deliver your alerts, for example).

SMS messages

If you opt in to SMS alerts, we store the phone number you provide and send you an SMS when a tracked event drops below your threshold. Consent is recorded at the moment you opt in, including the timestamp, your IP address, the number provided, and the exact disclosure text shown.

You can opt out any time by replying STOP to any message or by disabling SMS alerts in your settings. Message frequency varies based on how many events you track. Message and data rates may apply. Phone numbers are not shared with third parties except the carriers required to deliver your messages.

Retention and deletion

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated tracked events, price snapshots, logs, and profile data are permanently removed from our database. Delivery records held by our email and SMS providers may persist on their systems for their own retention periods.

Your choices

• Turn off email alerts per event from your dashboard.
• Turn off SMS alerts in settings or by replying STOP.
• Delete your account at any time.
• Email support@tixstracker.com to request data export or deletion.

Children

TixsTracker is not intended for, and should not be used by, anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll email the address on file and update the “Effective” date above.
